The Influence Of Work Environment, Organizational Culture And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Against Employee Performance In The Library And Archives Service Regency Sumenep
Abstract
Human resources are the most important factor in the development of a company or organization. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at the Sumenep Regency Library and Archives Service. The type of research used was quantitative with a sample size of 70 people. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sampling technique (Census), with data collection methods using questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that partially variables X1 and X3 have a significant effect on employee performance, and partially variable X2 does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the work environment, organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a significant influence on employee performance at the Sumenep Regency Library and Archives Service.
